Found them Excellent to date fixed engine stalling fault But still have rough Idle when in drive(Automatic Transmission) so vehicle will have to be looked at again.

It was difficult to book, phone calls took a long time to be answered. When answered, told someone would call me back; which never happened. I was told the car needed to there all day but I had a call to pick it up at lunch time. Also car not washed

It seemed a bit confusing about what the service was for, why at that time etc I discussed with the girl on the phone and then thought it did need a service- but it didn’t??

My service light/indicator has not been reset, the invoice also states that my car had been complementary cleaned, however it had not. I also did not receive a quote on some additional work that I was looking to have done with yourselves.

Was promised a call back and never got this. When I rang back, I was cut off twice and it took ages before the phone was answered. The service desk receptionist seemed totally disinterested and answered my question as though I was stupid.

Great service from the staff at the MINI Centre. Great selection of vehicles, friendly staff. Matthew and Carly are excellent to deal with, I didn't feel pressured at any point. The collection of my car was also made to be very enjoyable.
