Because the MOT and service were done in good time. The staff were very pleasant and efficient.
Although the work was carried out I am sure to a BMW standard I would only look to use them if I have to. The point I took the car there was to see what the customer service was like.

You have not fixed the engine light. It keeps coming on and you keep looking at it and say you have fixed it but hey ho, it comes back on again.
Because they did a good job & returned my car clean & sparkling.

Never had an issue with Barons to date. Everyone is so helpful. They kept me informed with what my car needed regarding service, and its other issues.
My only complaint was dirty finger marks on my cream leather upholstery.

Made every effort to find an intermittent problem we had experienced, and explained they were unable to reproduce/isolate the problem.
The whole process was easy and enjoyable. Rory was patient and accommodating when i expressed what i wanted and found me a vehicle i'm thoroughly happy with.

I felt that the lady dealing with my concerns was belittling me.
I booked it online 3 times but no one ever got back to me and I had to ring. Then when it was in for service it wasn't ready by the time I had asked for having been in all day!

I was not kept up to date with how the work was progressing, my phone number was taken down wrong, they did not check the tires on my car properly and quoted for a very expensive & non-matching tyre.
Everything was done rapidly and to fit round my commitments

Easy and quick
Met with indifference at Service. Spare parts were damaged, dealer forgot to do MOT and didn't give MOT cert. Needed three days to do what was planned for one day. Was told couldn't replace boot seal as parts recalled but was then told repair done.
